Assembly capabilities
GC-MH-00PCB assembly
GC-MH-01We offer surface-mount, through-hole and flex circuit assembly, with separate lead-free (RoHS) and leaded workflows.
- Three SMT lines with automated solder paste inspection before placement and MIRTEC automated optical inspection (AOI) after reflow.
- Fine-pitch, BGA and 0201 placement.
- Multiple wave solder machines and selective soldering for through-hole assembly, with a deionized water wash after wave soldering.
Wire harnesses and cable assemblies
GC-MH-02We build wire harnesses and cable assemblies to your prints.
Complete electronic assemblies
GC-MH-03We integrate boards, harnesses and metal or plastic enclosures into one assembly.

- Our engineering staff can help you develop a custom tester.
Conformal coating, potting and encapsulation
GC-MH-04Conformal coating is available in acrylic, urethane or silicone, with UV or air cure. Potting and encapsulation use two-part epoxies, urethanes and silicones, with vacuum degassing.
